Turn Claude into your always-on sales intelligence partner. 18 AI-powered skills that learn from every deal, adapt to every rep, and get smarter every quarter — completely free.
The Sales Enablement Plugin is a free, open-source plugin that plugs directly into Claude Desktop or Cowork. Think of it as hiring a sales ops analyst, competitive intelligence researcher, and deal strategist rolled into one — except it works 24/7 and never forgets a thing.
Unlike traditional sales tools that give you static templates, this plugin builds a persistent memory that compounds over time. The battle cards you generate in month one are fundamentally better than generic templates because by month three, the system knows your product, your competitors, your ICP, and your deal patterns.
Go to the GitHub repository and click the green Code button → Download ZIP. Save the file somewhere easy to find — your Desktop or Downloads folder works.
Important: The file will be named something like sales-enablement-v2.4.0.zip. Don't unzip it — Claude needs the zip file directly.
If you're using Claude Desktop:
1. Open Claude Desktop
2. Click your profile icon (bottom-left corner)
3. Go to Settings → Plugins
4. Click Upload Custom Plugin
5. Select the zip file you just downloaded
If you're using Cowork:
1. Click the plugin icon in the sidebar
2. Select the zip file
That's it — no Terminal, no code, no config files to edit. Claude handles everything.
The plugin is active immediately. Try it out — type one of these:
• /deal-review — Describe an active deal and get a full MEDDIC assessment, risk analysis, and win plan
• /competitive-pulse — Get a competitive intelligence briefing on your market
• /pipeline-digest — See your pipeline health at a glance
Every command works right away with zero configuration. Just describe your situation and the plugin does the rest.
These are the commands you'll use every day. Just type them into Claude and follow the prompts.
| Command | What It Does |
|---|---|
| /deal-review | Full deal strategy session — health score, MEDDIC assessment, risk analysis, win plan |
| /pipeline-digest | Weekly pipeline intelligence — health metrics, risk alerts, coaching signals |
| /competitive-pulse | Real-time competitive briefing — recent moves, positioning shifts, counter-strategies |
| /rep-dashboard | Personalized rep performance — skill gaps, pipeline health, coaching priorities |
| /enablement-dashboard | Audit your enablement readiness — content, training, process, tools |
| /content-audit | Content library health check — freshness scoring, gap analysis, remediation plan |
| /onboarding-plan | New hire curriculum with milestones, certifications, and ramp timeline |
The plugin works great standalone — but it gets dramatically better when connected to your actual sales tools. Here's what you can connect and how.
These connect through Claude's built-in connector system. Just click "Connect" and authorize. To connect: go to Settings → Connectors in Claude and click the service you want to enable.
| Connector | What It Unlocks |
|---|---|
| HubSpot | Live deal data, pipeline history, contacts, company profiles |
| Slack | Team discussions, competitive intel threads, deal context |
| Microsoft 365 | Calendar context for call prep, email threads, meeting notes |
| Notion | Your existing playbooks, case studies, knowledge base |
| Fireflies | Call recordings and transcripts |
| Atlassian | Confluence pages, Jira tickets |
For deeper integration with Gong, ZoomInfo, Clay, and LinkedIn, the plugin includes a bundled MCP server with 16 additional tools. This lets Claude pull live call transcripts, enrich contacts in real-time, map org charts, and research prospects directly.
You don't need this to use the plugin. The plugin works fully without it. But if you want live data access, the MCP server takes about 10 minutes to set up.
| Service | Tools | What You Get |
|---|---|---|
| Gong | 5 | Search calls, pull full transcripts, speaker analytics, call stats |
| ZoomInfo | 4 | Company firmographics, contact search, org charts, tech stacks |
| Clay | 3 | Person enrichment, company enrichment, webhook triggers |
| 3 | Lead search, profile lookup, company research |
Key point: You only need API keys for the services you actually subscribe to. Skip the rest — the plugin gracefully falls back to standalone mode for anything not connected.
We wrote a complete setup guide that walks you through every step. One-command installer available — takes about 10 minutes.
Read the MCP Server Guide →Here's what makes this fundamentally different from every other sales tool you've used. The plugin maintains a structured memory that grows with every interaction.
The learning loop: Every time you use the plugin, it follows four steps — read stored context, execute your task, write what it learned back to memory, and check if any existing content needs updating. This means your competitive battle cards auto-flag when a competitor makes a move. Your deal qualification improves as it learns your win/loss patterns. Your coaching adapts to each rep's skill level.
The memory lives in a simple folder structure inside the plugin. It tracks your product details, competitive landscape, ideal customer profile, deal patterns, objection library, team info, and a content registry with freshness scores. Nothing leaves your machine — it's all local.
Most sales teams cobble together five or six paid tools to get what this plugin does for free. Here's how the math works out.
The real value isn't just cost savings. It's that these capabilities are unified in one place. Your competitive intel feeds your battle cards. Your deal patterns improve your qualification. Your call transcripts train your coaching. Nothing is siloed.
Think of it this way: the plugin is the brain — it has the skills, the memory, the commands, and the workflows. The MCP Server is the nervous system — it connects that brain directly to your live data in Gong, ZoomInfo, Clay, and LinkedIn.
You can use the plugin without the MCP server and still get enormous value. Paste in call notes, describe deals, upload competitive research — the 18 skills work with whatever you give them. But when you add the MCP server, Claude can pull that data automatically. Instead of pasting a call transcript, Claude just asks Gong for it. Instead of describing a prospect, Claude enriches them through ZoomInfo or Clay in real time.
Start simple, grow as you need. Install the plugin today. Use the slash commands. Let the memory build. When you're ready for live data integration, add the MCP server. The plugin is designed to be valuable from day one and compound from there.
Our team can walk you through the installation, customize the plugin for your team, and connect all your tools in a single session.
